This Privacy Policy explains how Shreeji Hotel Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects mobile phone numbers and related information for our text messaging program, Shreeji Hotel Group Receipt Requests.

Our text messaging program is internal only. We send text messages only to our own employees (hotel managers who hold company American Express cards) to ask for receipts for charges made on their company cards. We do not use this program for marketing or promotional messages.

When an employee is issued a company card, the employee gives their mobile phone number to us, their employer, and is enrolled in the Receipt Requests program. By providing their mobile number for this purpose, the employee agrees to receive text messages about receipts for card charges.

• Records of the text messages we send to you and any replies you send (for example, receipts, HELP, or STOP).

We use your mobile number and message records only to:

• Send you text messages asking for receipts for company card charges.
• Respond to your HELP requests and process STOP (opt-out) requests.
• Keep accurate records of company card expenses.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your mobile number or personal information.

We keep mobile numbers and message records only as long as needed to run the program, keep company expense records, and meet our legal and business obligations. When the information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it unusable.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Access is limited to people who need it to run the program. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
